Where to find tracking

Tracking is usually sent to the email address used at checkout once your order ships. Check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder.

    Order processing Your order is prepared for shipment during the processing window.

    Tracking sent Tracking details are sent once the carrier receives or scans the package.

Tracking not updating?

Tracking can take time to activate after a label is created. Carrier scans may also be delayed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Need to change an address?

Contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
